Payments

I offer a range of different payment methods. Payments can be taken on the day or before the appointment date, using cash, card (chip & pin, contactless and Apple/google pay), bacs (Account number: 88424165, sort code: 60-83-71), and insurance claims. Please use your animal's name as a reference when you do bacs payments. All first sessions are required to be paid upfront. If you decide to use your insurance policy, payment is required as normal and we are happy to sign any documents and send receipts/invoices relating to your claim.

It should be noted that any cancellations/amendments within 24 hours of your appointment time could still be charged the full-service fee. Please see the terms and conditions for further details.
