What Factors are Needed to be
Considered for our Prices?

Here at ER Vet Physio we try and be as affordable as possible, as we can appreciate that physiotherapy can feel like an expensive commitment. You never have to feel embarrassed about your current finances, as we want to work with you to hopeful create an affordable management plan. There are several reasons why we charge the amount we do

  • I have to cover costs associated with being a veterinary physiotherapist. These are my RAMP and NAVP membership fees, replacing and maintaining equipment (servicing and updating), uniform, safety and hygiene equipment and insurance. CPD also costs money fair amount of money.

  • Being mobile there is obviously associated with keeping my car on the road and I also have factor in the cost of fuel to your animal.

  • My card machine also takes a % of the money you pay, where possible we really appreciate if you can via BACs so we do not lose that %. Even though it is a small amount it does add up over the course of a month.

  • Current minimum wage also has to be a factor, as I have a considerable student loan to payback after my 4 year degree. A lot of non paid hours are put into the business, sorting vet consent, rescheduling appointment, producing social media/adverting content, CPD hours, speaking to clients and writing vet reports.

  • At present I do not and do not plan on charging for vet reports, as I feel this is important communication required to do my job plus ensure your animal has the safest and optimal plan as possible.
